📝 Terms and Conditions - Career Coaching Services

1. Eligibility

• Coaching is open to individuals aged 15 and above.

• Attendee to chat via whats app over the number given to schedule a pre-assessment  to gauge learning abilities - based on which they will be grouped

• Participants must have basic literacy and willingness to engage in self-improvement.

2. Registration & Payment

• Full payment must be made prior to the start of the coaching program.

• Fees are non-refundable once sessions begin, unless canceled by the provider.

3. Session Attendance

• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time.

• Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless due to valid emergencies, with prior notice.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

• Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Confidentiality

• Personal information shared during coaching will be kept confidential.

• Group sessions may involve shared discussions; discretion is advised.

6. Results Disclaimer

• Coaching aims to improve employability, but job placement is not guaranteed.

• Success depends on individual effort, participation, and external factors.

7. Intellectual Property

• All training materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Modifications

• The coaching provider reserves the right to modify session schedules, content, or trainers with prior notice.
